A doula’s role is to provide families with unbiased, evidence-based information from pregnancy through the postpartum period. As doulas we have no agenda on how a family chooses to birth or parent their children, but rather hope that our presence can serve as a way to help you meet your own personal goals and wishes and provide you with emotional, physical, and informational support along the way.
Every birth is a unique and powerful journey.
We believe that all laboring families benefit from a caring, compassionate and knowledgeable support team who trust in the birth process. We believe that the birth of a baby is the birth of a family and that every family should be able to reflect on their birth as a positive experience. The moment a baby is born is joyous, magical and wondrous.
