Our three-week childbirth education series classes are offered online and streamed on Zoom, our in-person weekend classes are held at the Vermont Doula Company office at 30 Farrell St, in Suite 100 in South Burlington, or on 180 Battery Street, Suite 210, in Burlington, in the Mamava Headquarters.
Your insurance may reimburse up to $125 for childbirth classes and we are happy to provide a detailed receipt for you to submit!
Online Three-Week Hospital Series

A 90-minute class can be taken on its own if not signed up for childbirth ed or as A REFRESHER CLASS for second-timers. Includes labor positions, massage & breathing techniques.

Massage For Labor Class
This private class focuses on massage techniques that are helpful to release stress and promote comfort and relaxation before, during, and after labor.
This class is 60 minutes long, costs $125 per pair, and is usually covered by insurance as a childbirth preparation class.
We are happy to offer a full refund if you cancel your spot in class at least 2 weeks before the start date or if your baby is born before class begins.
For CPR class our policy is strictly for cancellation at least 2 weeks prior to class. If you are having your baby when class is scheduled, you can choose another class date and apply the paid fee.
In-Person Newborn Care Class
